Brendan Price – Partner

Brendan has a Bachelor of Business Studies with majors in Accounting and Marketing. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a current certificate of public practice. Brendan started working at Business Like in late 2013 and was appointed as a partner on the 1^st of April 2017. He works with a wide range of clients in trades, manufacturing, technology, financial services as well as high net worth individuals. He is passionate about helping business owners achieve their business and related goals. A keen fisherman and brewer, Brendan can be found sampling his own beer in the weekends after a day with his young family.

Rachel Darlington – Partner

Rachel is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of CAANZ. She also holds a current certificate of public practice. Rachel completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Auckland University and a postgraduate diploma in Professional Accounting at MIT. She began her accounting career in the corporate arena working for a merchant banking firm for approximately ten years. Following the birth of her daughter, she joined a CA accounting firm in 1999 where she became practice manager and worked until 2007. Rachel joined Business Like in February 2008 and became partner in 2009. With Rachel Lamb departing in 2014, Rachel teamed up with Brendan and they have continued to grow Business Like NZ Limited. Rachel has a farm in Ardmore where she can be found most weekends tending to the land or her ever-growing menagerie of animals.

Vinh Nguyen – Partner

Vinh is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. With over 15 years of experience working in CA Firms, Vinh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of business advisory, compliance and taxation. As an experienced client manager, Vinh’s focus is on fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. Vinh has two young children and enjoys travelling and going to live music events.
